Bagels for afterschool snack for dress rehearsals (11/7, 11/8, 11/12, 11/13)
Company dinners (Julie Wagner)
Cappies Show (Jenn Orr & Jenn Orr)
Raffle items (Jenn Orr)
During show: Ticket Sales, Curtain Calls, Concessions
Advertising: getting announced and handing out flyers at home football games
SignupGenius: going out this week via Facebook group and Rallyhood

5. Opportunities for supporting the Show

Dress rehearsal snacks: pick up bagels and deliver to school to set up at 3:00
Company dinners: bring/make food; volunteer to set up, serve, clean up during dress rehearsal week
Concessions: donate items, volunteer to set up/sell (mostly before and at intermission)
Curtain Calls: donate items off Amazon Wish list, volunteer to set up/sell/fill bags (selling before show and at intermission; distribution and clean up after the show)
Ticket sales: Sell tickets prior to show, done a few minutes after show starts
Program/Raffle sales (mostly before and at intermission)
House Manager: oversees volunteers, collect/ box office receipts to school admin, announce start of show
Cappies Lunch: bring/make food/decorations; volunteer to set up, clean up (before Saturday matinee)
